Sim had her biggest month ever (38k) increasing her prices Sim is one of my mentoring clients, she is a nutritionist and she also helps other nutritionists to grow online. When we first started working together, Sim was selling a fat loss challenge for $222 and her coaching program for only $50 per week.
Sim was tired of working so much, frustrated because of the amount of work she needed to do to be able to administrate all her low ticket clients, and was frustrated for not being able to scale her business. The first thing we did together was to start decreasing the amount of time she was spending on her business operations and start focusing on things she loved.
We first decreased the amount she was spending producing content on social media and we implemented a strategy called KLT to increase her visibility and reach online, without her being present.
This is an automated system that has the same effect as social media! Then, we worked together and increase her prices for the following:

$8000 for her 1:1 12 week coaching.
She was very scared at first, but now, I am sure if you ask her she will tell you that soon she will be increasing her prices even more. In January we did an organic open intake for her challenge and she sold $38k, the highest month she had ever had in business.
Apart from that, after 4 days of working together again and increasing her prices, she sold 3 1:1 coaching programs! You can do the maths… We then worked together to implement two client acquisition systems that allowed her to start using paid ads to leverage her sales. Everything is now automated, so she can spend more time with her little baby Mali.
Our next big and exciting goal is to reach her first 100k month in the next 60 days, using the two high ticket client acquisition systems I mentioned above. She is not only increasing her sales, but also feeling lighter and more flexible with her time!
Sam is a bride’s coach. She helps brides to lose fat, look and feel incredible on their wedding day and she guarantees results (or her clients don’t pay).
When I started mentoring Sam, she didn’t have an instagram, she didn’t have a niche and she didn’t have an offer. We developed all those elements and we found her super niche.

I founded “The Loft Athletic Club” in 2018, which is an 8,000 square foot fitness facility located in the heart of Atlanta Georgia. To date, “The Loft” is one of the most notarized independent gyms in the country.
After creating X28 and retiring from 1 on 1 personal training, I saw a gap in the marketplace for fitness facilities that actually offered an experience to their clients rather than just being a gym. The Loft became very unique as we offered a live DJ, chiropractor, massage therapists, in-house juice bar, fitness classes, yoga classes, meditation classes, sound bath classes, mental health groups, online training as well as everything you would find in your standard gym to provide each client with a very unique experience.
I used my expertise in digital marketing, client acquisition, and sales to build the facility to multiple 7 figures, with a consistent flow of 500 paying members every single month, along with all the other suite of services being purchased and enjoyed on a daily basis by members.
The foot traffic in the gym beyond just the members was consistently in the 1000’s per week, with some of the events hosted by the gym having lines wrapped around the building just to get in.
The unique thing about The Loft Athletic Club is that this is a multi million dollar, brick and mortar business, that I was able to fill completely online & then offer online training to clients all around the world from the gym.
In 2022 I decided to go on a Raw Fruit & Vegetable fast for 90 Days to detox my mind, body and spirit. For me this was a personal journey and I didn’t plan on monetizing anything from it at all. But one day I decided to post a video of myself making a fruit smoothie and explained briefly what I was doing in the caption, & people started to inquire about
the benefits of my fast.
I didn’t know that people were actually interested in eating only fruits and vegetables as I was, but those inquiries did spark something in me.
I quickly realized that there was a niche of people that wanted to know about holistic ways to heal their body through diet change.
So what I did was I decided to create a Raw Vegan Coaching Program for people to do exactly what I was doing on my Raw Vegan journey and it took off like a wildfire!
My team and I created an acquisition system to pull thousands and thousands of clients into my funnel without even having to make a post on my social media.
Within the first 3 months of launching the program we were able to do multiple six figures!
To date we now have clients from all over the world as well as clients that consistently pay 5k for our advanced level coaching!
We are able to acquire this clients because of our systems!
To be honest I never planned to grow this into a multiple six figure business in just its first 3 months, and now a 7 figure business, but for me it’s a great service to the community that has also allowed me to add even more revenue to my health business portfolio!
